Savannah Guthrie’s $6 Million Tribeca Loft is For Sale — House of the Day

If you’re one of the millions of Americans who start their day with Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie on NBC’s morning show Today, we wouldn’t judge if you feel like you’re already friends. And now, Savannah’s Tribeca loft is on the market, and you can peek inside.

The 2,691 square foot condo, which has three bedrooms plus an office and four full bathrooms, was purchased by Guthrie’s husband, political consultant Michael Feldman, in 2012 for $3.8 million. The couple are listing it for $5.995 million.

The living space has a ton of natural light from five floor to ceiling windows, and it doesn’t hurt that most of the space is crisply painted white as well (with ten foot ceilings)—including the chef’s kitchen with white glass detail and Miele appliances. The place looks perfect for entertaining, especially due to the custom bar (made in Italy) with an absolute black granite countertop and granite sink, as well as an an ice maker, beverage center and wine fridge built in.

The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and an en-suite master bath with a double vanity, deep soaking tub and rainfall shower. The other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo overlooking the building’s courtyard. According to alternate floor plans, they rooms can be configured as three smaller or two larger, with the entrance hallway shortening to accommodate the additional room. One of the rooms is currently decorated as a nursery with baby animal photography by Sharon Montrose, we assume for Charley, the couple’s son who was born in December. They also have a two year old daughter, Vale.

The unit comes with a 200 square foot storage unit, on top of building amenities like a full-time doorman, live-in super, roof terrace, gym and garage.

The property is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty.
