JLo & A-Rod Are Apparently Eyeing Apartments In This Midtown Skyscraper

If the real estate gossip is to be believed, abbreviated power couple J-Rod is closing in on their new pad. The superstar actress and singer and former baseball player have been seen peeking around one (particularly tall) residential building.

The New York Post’s Page Six reported that JLo and A-Rod have visited units at Midtown property 432 Park Avenue four times thus far. The building, which at 1,396 feet, also claims the title of the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere.

Both Lopez and Rodriguez have children from past marriages, and they’re reportedly looking for a place that will work for their blended brood. And while one broker tells Page Six that nothing’s under contract yet, it’s apparently getting serious enough that Lopez put her NoMad penthouse on the market earlier this month for $27 million.

There are several options at 432 Park that could work for the pair—here’s a look at some of them:

First up is #56A, a 4,462 square foot four bedroom, four-plus bathroom rental that’s listed for $69,500 per month. The apartment offers views from three sides of the Statue of Liberty, the George Washington Bridge, and Long Island. One broker told the Post that the couple were looking at “a four-bedroom, half-floor unit on a high floor,” so this could be the one.

Another possible option is the penthouse, #PH95, which is luxe to the core. The 8,255 square foot unit has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two powder rooms, and could definitely accommodate the pair and their four kids for a cool $82 million. The private elevator opens on a spacious gallery that leads to a corner living room and a separate library with a wood burning fireplace. The master suite comes with his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms. The full floor space has panoramic views of Central Park and the city.
