Thanksgiving is next week. And for the first time in quite a few years, I think we’ll be on our own. Just our family. And with our oldest in Colombia, just the 7 of us. What a difference it makes when you’re just cooking for your own family, right? We’ll be cooking more dishes and more desserts than usual, but making smaller portions. And I’m already feeling a lot less (self-imposed) pressure to clean. Hah!
