The Celebrity Homes That Have Yet to Find a Buyer in 2017

Many stars were on the move this year, but some have yet to sell their old places. These pedigreed properties came on the market in 2017, and if you have a few million, one of them could still be yours.

Johnny Carson’s former Malibu estate

The over 7,000 square foot house with beach access and a waterfall came on the market this year for $81.5 million. While it hasn’t found a buyer yet, the property is much like it was when the king of late night TV was still alive.

Keith Richards’ Greenwich Village townhouse

The Rolling Stones rocker listed this co-op for nearly $12 million back in October, but it’s since had a million dollar price cut.

Rihanna’s Soho rental

RiRi made her home in NYC in this penthouse loft conversion, but when they raised the rent, she split. Now it could be someone else’s umbrella—for $17 million.

Alanis Morissette’s Brentwood home

You oughta know that the rocker called this Mediterranean hybrid home for over 20 years. Originally listed for $5.495 million, it has been reduced to $5.325 million.

J.Lo’s penthouse pad

Jenny from the block listed her NoMad apartment once she and ARod started house hunting. A new buyer could count Chelsea Clinton as your neighbor—if you have $27 million, that is.

John Krasinski & Emily Blunt’s Park Slope townhouse

The pair renovated their Brooklyn place, only to list it for $8 million. “We’ve been nomads for a while now, but that’s the nature of the business,” Krasinski told WSJ. “The house is so special—someone who can spend every night there should have it.”

Alyson Hannigan’s Atlanta loft

If ATL is your Georgia peach, perhaps you want to check out the HIMYM & Buffy star’s penthouse. Formerly listed at $1.349 million, it’s been reduced to $1.15 million.

Ira Glass’ Chelsea apartment

This American condo has had some issues, but if TAL is your jam, it could be yours for $1.75 million.

Reese Witherspoon & Ryan Phillippe’s former Bel Air manse

Reese has had an amazing year (looks like Ryan’s doing alright, t00), but their former place (with the fairytale-worthy trees and gardens) is still on the market for a reduced $14.999 million.
