Valentine’s Day is a week away, and grocery stores are dropping some sweet smelling deals for those looking shower their loved ones with flowers. Here are a few of the bargains to be had.
If you’re in the Southeast, head to your local Lidl for a dozen roses for just $9.99 (and for UK shoppers, the price is £5). Lidl’s Rainforest Alliance-certified roses come with a five-day freshness guarantee and are quality-checked throughout the day by designated Fresh Specialists, the company said in a press release.
The bouquets are available in white, red, or pink, and a number of mixed bouquets and potted plants will also be available starting at just $3.99. If your partner has cold feet, Lidl also has a blanket—with attached slippers—for that.
Good news for Amazon Prime members, you get an extra deal at Whole Foods for V Day. From February 7 through February 14, two dozen Whole Trade roses are regularly $24.99, but are $19.99 with a this coupon. The Whole Trade program supports communities, farmers, and the environment, which you can read more about on the grocer’s blog.
